The Farmers' Market has a best friend! After shopping local goods in Durham Central Park, saunter over to Hunt Street (literally right there) to get your grub and art on. You'll find a row of yummy food trucks on one side and local arts vendors on the other--truly the best of both worlds! This outdoor market often features live music and is conveniently placed by the park, which makes it a perfect for a morning dog walk, letting the kids run around like nuts, or basking in the sun with a gyro in hand. Anything you'll find here--edible or collectible--is unique and of quality.
Names to look out for: Sangha Tea House is the market's latest foodie addition, selling a wide variety of fresh, organic, and fair trade loose teas and infusions, (we're kinda crazy about the matcha), in addition to adorable succulent plants. Sound like your cup of tea or what?? They can also be found at the Coffeehouse and stay tuned for developments on their brick and mortar coming in 2015!
